Advocare Senior Living was founded in 2009 by Kathie Frattarelli as a supportive living solution serving all of Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts. Every day, Advocare Senior Living offers non-medical caregiving services to seniors and special needs adults requiring extra support. Our friendly and compassionate staff is dedicated to enriching the lives of those they care for, no matter what the task. Whether it’s driving a loved one to a doctor’s appointment, helping with hobbies, providing companionship, pet care, or cooking a meal—no task is too big or too small.

Our personalized senior care plans are customized to each individual and family, with services available for as little as three to 24 hours a day, on a short-term, long term or temporary basis. We are always there for our clients, and are very passionate about what we do. Caring for our clients is always our number one priority.
